Wonderful full set of British front of house cinema lobby cards for "Un homme et une femme". Winner of the Best Foreign Film Oscar and the Palm D'Or at Cannes. These X certificate cards picture Anouk Aimée and Jean-Louis Trintignant as the couple embarking on romance. These first release British cinema cards have a sepia-tinted film stock appearance which was actually because director Claude Lelouch lacked the funds to shoot in colour. The look the film had because of this made it stand outs a very original take on romance and film.
