Playboy magazines first twin centrefold featured the two female stars pictured here and the theme is to guess which one is the vampire and which is the virgin. The prize for getting it right is a treat involving red lipstick, even redder blood and Gothic inspired heaving of the breasts. Lesbianism features and many lose their heads
