This early CinemaScope film poster dates from 1954. 20th Century Fox had developed this letter box format and were very proud to be able to advertise such a long title! The film poster boasts "In the wonder of Magnetic Stereophonic Sound - Colour by DE LUXE" This very British film poster portrays the curtains with very brightly coloured stars to mach the billing which included Ethel Merman, Donald O'Connor, Marilyn Monroe, Dan Dailey, Johnnie Ray and Mitzi Gaynor. Printed in England by Stafford & Co. Ltd. of Netherfield, Nottingham & London.
