The Wind in the Willows

This British quad film poster with printing by S. & D. S. Ltd. of England is a great find. It is not often that we come across a full British quad for a Disney cartoon featurette as by nature it is shorter and thus chosen as a support and lucky to feature on a double-bill. The highly detailed artwork is captivating as the wild Mr. Toad hangs on to the steering wheel whilst suffering not one but two punctures in his car tyres whilst being hotly pursued by the police. We love the horse who appears twice to great effect an amazing find and one that few Disney collectors will possess. This lovely old folded British Quad has a little paper loss and a tear at the bottom left corner with a little discolouration as seen just above the 'W' in the title. Great old fashioned humorous artwork.
