The Vampire and the Ballerina

One of the wonderful aspects of the horror genre in particular is the opportunity for embellishment of the basic story. This is often important especially when dealing with two thousand year old horror legends - variation of the basic theme can be all important and this example features both a male vampire and a Vampire Queen for good measure - made even more interesting by the availability of a whole troupe of beautiful young stranded ballet dancers. Pictured on this one are also a team of grave robbers. This poster dates from 1961 and is the first release US one sheet.
