The Treasure of Pancho Villa

Superb painted artwork by the Great British artist Bill Wiggins and featuring his printed signature. Rory Calhoun, Shelley Winters and Gilbert Roland are pictured in this original 1955 British Quad from RKO radio pictures and printed by Stafford & Co. of Netherfield, Nottingham & London. Interesting to note the casual approach of Gilbert Roland who Wiggins has painted smoking a cigarette with the other hand clasping the repeater rifle with finger on trigger. There is a blue title bleed from the reverse showing through on the shoulder of Rory Calhoun plus two holes in the centre middle fold line and the left centre fold line the size of two matchstick heads. We have used three sections of conservation tape along areas of the middle fold line. These comprise a large one to the left and the other two are 2" by 1/2".
