British artist Tom Chantrell takes us back here in a film poster dating from 1964 to the scene at the beach in Torquay as young British men are intent on chatting up girls at the seaside. Nicolas Roeg is the Cinematographer in what was a black and white film and even featured the director Michael Winner in the picture on the platform at the train station when the train arrives. This is a great full colour British Lion - Bryanston release with the film poster printed by Stafford & Co. of Nottingham & London. The colours are very bright on the poster which has a small paper snag to the left shoulder of the brunette and a few minor nicks as seen.
