The Sundowners

Great British artists Chantrell paints the film poster and with testament to his wonderful sense of humour his printed signature on the film poster for this Australian film "The Sundowners" appears upside down! Glorious artwork of Deborah Kerr and Robert Mitchum together with scenes from the Warner film which was nominated for five Oscars. Directed superbly by Fred Zinnemann with wonderful music composed by Dimitri Tiomkin. The film poster has conservation tape strengthening around the borders with a paper replacement corner at the bottom left.
