The Sleeping Car Murder

This is the 1965 British quad film poster for the French film "The Sleeping Car Murder". Pictured is police inspector Yves Montand attempting to discover who the killer is of a woman on the Marseille to Paris express train. The train is painted here centrally with Simone Signoret painted at the foot of the poster in a starring role accompanied by her daughter Catherine Allegret in her debut role. Very bright colours on this detailed X certificate British quad film poster with the film appearing in selected British cinemas thanks to Seven Arts and Kenneth Rive. Four very small tears repaired to the reverse with small squares of conservation tape at the mid-left border edge and on the lower left fold line plus a closed tear at the top right border edge.
