The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie

This 1969 British quad comes from a cinema in Dublin and has felt censorship on the tagline although the words "Experimenting with sex, society and everything else." can still be made out and despite the censors best efforts would remain of course in the film! This type of social censorship in Ireland was a hinderance to cinema goers as they were often not made aware of the content. In this example an English cinema has added "Adults Only". to help clarify the matter as the "X" certificate had been obscured in Ireland.
