The Night they Raided Minsky's

Terrific full colour artwork in this original 1968 film poster from Italian artist Frank Frazetta and including his printed signature. We can see Norman Wisdom being manhandled by the French Gendarme and a great performance he gives as Chick Williams. Britt Ekland is painted as the Amish girl who performs the striptease. Super artwork unbelievably directed by William Friedkin later to direct "The Exorcist". "The Night they Raided Minsky's" folded film poster was printed in England by Lonsdale & Bartholomew of Nottingham. We purchased this film poster directly from a cinema owner in Malta and it bears the Malta Board of Film Censors stamp on the display board. Folded with minor paper infill in two areas at the bottom border matchstick head size fold holes on the left fold line with pinholes. Great colours. Blue writing on the back which does not show through to the front.
