The popular BBC radio program "The Navy Lark" became a full length CinemaScope feature in 1959. The artwork for the British quad features a seaside postcard comic style and has a 'Carry On' theme. Popular British artist Tom Chantrell was chosen for the artwork and the poster bears his signature. Please note there is a brown tape mark at the top border which has been trimmed at the top by 1 inch. The bottom corner tips have had amateur restoration (none of this affecting the artwork.)
