The Mummy's Shroud

The last Hammer movie filmed at Bray Studios with artwork on this first release British Quad film poster depicting the Mummy coming back to life seeking vengeance in ancient Egypt. The interesting artwork pictures the mummy with Elizabeth Sellars in his grasp whilst on the hill top represented by the skull we see the expeditionaries venturing towards the vault. This X certificate quad features a skull in the typography. This film poster has a large tear extending from the bottom border through to the M of the title and another border tear at the centre left which we have repaired with conservation tape to the rear. A Hammer fan with a sense of humour has written the name "Lilian" by one of the falling figures.
