Sidney Lumet is the director giving style, mood and panache to this LA thriller. The artwork reflects on Jane Fonda, an alcoholic actress, waking up next to a man with a knife throgh his chest and not a clue about what happened. Jeff Bridges(the ex-cop) helps try to piece it together - and now this pensive artwork makes perfect sense.
