Tom Mix was such a big star in 1935 that he was paid a record $10,000 per week to shoot this film. Brave producer Nate Levine could have bankrupted himself but this was proved historically shrewd decision as the film made millions and Nate Levine was to go on to purchase his own studio which became Republic Pictures. Great stone-litho printing with deep colours.
