James Stewart is pictured as Dr Ben McKenna "The Man Who Knew Too Much" in an in-set from the film but the larger and more dominant figure on this film poster is of Alfred Hitchcock the Director for his remake of the 1934 original black and white film. This was the only film that Alfred Hitchcock remade and he stated that the first was "The work of a talented amateur and the second was made by a professional".
