Rare 1957 Belgian film poster for "The Incredible Shrinking Man" with very bright colours and a fearsome looking cat who like all cats looks unpredictable! He is pictured defending himself against the pet cat who terrorises him. Great artwork. This is a real classic science fiction film by brilliant director Jack Arnold. For a film made in black and white here we have brilliant full colour film poster artwork telling the story of Grant Williams in the role of Scott Carey who slowly shrinks after passing through a radioactive cloud. Printed by Edicolor - Bruxelles this Universal Pictures film poster has had small areas of vintage paper infill around the borders as seen with the artwork looking string and dynamic with just a little infill at the bottom centre edge letter 'N' and a small area of colour addition to the ladies blonde hair. There is a little paper lift too at the bottom right just above the Universal International logo.
