Superior artwork to the one sheet this original first release UK Quad hails from a British cinema from 1972 and it is a favourite with fans who appreciate the subtle design and logo which sum up the character of the film. The film poster is as supplied to the cinema in folded condition but please note there is a one inch by one inch grease mark stain on the reverse that has bled through on the middle vertical fold line just above Marlon Brando's cheek which can be seen on either side in the border. Historically a small bit of grease staining must have occurred when the poster was folded as it is in identical positions. This is an incredibly difficult poster to find in perfect condition largely due to the large amount of white paper on show! Printed by Lonsdale & Bartholomew Ltd. Presents well with no pinholes and faults are not noticeable unless you are looking for them.
