The Final Countdown

This is the first time we have seen a rolled condition British quad for "The Final Countdown". Director Don Taylor was given unprecedented access to film aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz for this ingenious story posing the question about what would have happened if the Americans had had a modern aircraft carrier at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Kirk Douglas and Martin Sheen harness a time warp and attempt to change history. Great painted pictures here of the Japanese aircraft of the day pitted against modern American aircraft.
