The Family Way

First release 1966 Boulting Brothers British UK Quad for "The Family Way" with a screenplay by Bill Naughton and with music score by Paul McCartney this sixties classic was very daring for the day. Hayley Mills, Hywel Bennett and John Mills star in this X certificate British Lion presentation. This film poster appears to be a very early 1966 draft as the "Eastman Colour" which we actually like in lilac has next to it with an arrow "Orange" - an instruction which didn't get carried out before printing! A little yellow printers ink at the top centre and some grey ink on the reverse which does not show through. An early example of the film poster. Folded as issued to the cinema.
