The Enemy Below

Terrific 1957 first release British quad film poster for the Dick Powell directed "The Enemy Below" and featuring artwork by the great British artist Tom Chantrell whose printed signature appears at the foot of the portrait of Curt Jurgens, the Captain of the German U-boat. The central image is of the Captain of the US Destroyer Robert Mitchum whose ship can be seen ramming the U-boat with devastating effect.
