The Emigrants

"The Emigrants" was a Swedish production telling the story of a husband and wife who leave Sweden forever to emigrate. The film poster dates from 1971 when the film was nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars. The Chantrell artwork pictures Max Von Sydow the farmer with his wife Liv Ullman together with travel scenes and some of the hardships they will encounter on the journey.
