The Destroyer Man

Superb surviving litho printed film poster from the year 1943 when the Second World War was raging. The impressive artwork pictures the Allied Destoyer ramming and sinking a German U-Boat with a great painting of Edward G. Robinson in a starring role. Due to war-time paper shortage this film poster was printed on the reverse of an earlier "Norma Shearer" film poster. This film poster features the old three-penny-bit British Board of Film Censors "U" certificate together with a very old Columbia Pictures logo and the British film title pictured below the manned gun. A rare survivor from the Second World War with two small cross fold holes at the right and left centre as seen.
