This landmark film poster from 1999 for "The Cup" pictures the mischievous training monk played by Jam Yang Lodro in his bid to watch his hero Ronaldo play for Brazil in the 1998 World Cup Final. Director Khyentse Norbu utilises satellite TV and puppetry to help tell this happy and humorous tale. Filmed in Hindi and Tibetan with subtitles. This is a critically acclaimed film. The poster has a few small vertical creases at the very top and is in folded condition as supplied to the cinema. Two stickers to the reverse.
