The Bunco Squad

This old British quad film poster from 1950 was directed by Herbert I. Leeds who had previously directed "Cisco Kid" and "Mr. Moto" but died a year after making "Bunco Squad" at the young age of 42. This great old surviving film poster features the old RKO Radio Pictures logo together with a really atmospheric painting of a mysterious psychic complete with crystal ball in what was a racket with fake seances to cheat the wealthy into amounts as much as $2 million. The artwork includes a great night time police car scene for this 1950 crime film. The majority of the artwork has survived but as seen the film poster has paper loss at all four corners and two small closed tears at the top border.
