Scripted by Terrence Rattigan from his own play and superbly directed by Anthony Asquith. This Italian film poster pays tribute to the performance of Michael Redgrave as the Classics teacher whose life is as meaningless as his subject. Cast with Jean Kent, his heartless adulterous wife, and Nigel Patrick, the man who cuckolds him. Printed in 1951 by Autoriuz Questura Firenze Zincografica. Please note this poster has many border nicks but we feel these add to the whole fragility of the piece.
