"The Red Shoes" had been a fantastic success so it was no surprise that Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger would return to the world of ballet three years later. The involvement of Sir Thomas Beecham and the Sadler's Wells company plus Heine Heckroth's art design and costumes ensured further success. This fantastic Belgian artwork has two areas of tape bleed in the centre borders measuring 2 in by 3/4 in and a further similar tear at the top left - but given the quality of this piece and the superb mesmeric colours we guarantee your eyes will not be focused on the faults but more on the overall magic.
