Summer Magic

This 1963 British double-crown pictures a wonderful painting of Hayley Mills in the title role of the Walt Disney film "Summer Magic". The setting is Maine in the 1900's and as we can see from the foot of the poster there is a string musical theme with the family congregated around the piano singing the song "Summer Magic". Pictured at the bottom left is Burl Ives with an even more popular song from the film "The Ugly Bug Ball". This charming British double crown film poster was printed by S. D. S. in England and has a little edge wear at the foot as seen and a speck of fountain pen ink at the top right as seen.
