Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back

Darth Vader is most prominent in the artwork painted by Tom Jung on this first release British quad film poster for "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" from 1980. This style being the rarer with the silver printing on the title logo. Also note the absence of Yoda from the poster artwork, this would have made seeing the master jedi during the screening of the film even more impactful. This original film poster is in folded condition from the first release with very bright colours and no fading. Printed by W. E. Berry of Bradford there are six small closed tears at the bottom right measuring from 1 1/2 inch to 1 inch, plus three closed puncture marks at the right border all of which we have repaired to the reverse with acid free conservation tape. Rare to find the more expensive to print silver logo on this classy Star Wars poster.
