Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope

This spectacular holofoil "Star Wars A New Hope" film poster for the first Star Wars film made in 1977 really needs to be seen in the flesh to do it justice as the 3-D effects really only then become apparent with the impressive imposing figure of Darth Vader looming large over the galaxy and overseeing the TIE Fighter battling the X Wing for supremacy of the skies. We really love the silvery blue metallic effects and the flashes of colour as the battle rages at the foot of the poster. The lilac coloured title typography continues with glistening embellishment through to the Darth Vader helmet features and this is a truly great Star Wars film poster on thicker card and having been printed in 2004 under authorisation from Lucasfilm by GB Posters of Sheffield, England. The poster is unfolded and will be sent rolled in a sturdy tube. When the poster catches different lights the different colours effects and stars really take on a life of their own.
