This poster is a plea to fans to watch the two films together as a Double Bill. The first word of the tagline is emphasised by the three dots following. Further emphasis is "ON A BIG SCREEN!". The wonderful artwork beckons the viewer into a world of mystery and adventure. The gilt edging cleverly reinforces the Panavision big screen process as the artwork is encompassed within the format. We are beckoned into a wondrous world inhabited by strange creatures and spaceships illuminated by incandescent rays of multi coloured light. This film poster is printed by W. E. Berry Ltd of Bradford. This folded cinema poster is from 1979 and has a closed tear at the left horizontal fold line of 9 inch which we have repaired on the reverse with archival restoration tape. The gold border has been trimmed from the edges.
