Song of Bernadette

Norman Rockwell art including his printed signature for this classic which even features a restrained Vincent Price. Painted is Jennifer Jones in the role of Bernadette Soubirous in this amazing biographical story in 1858 she saw a vision of the Virgin Mary in a grotto at Lourdes. Jennifer Jones won Best Actress Oscar with Arthur Miller winning an Oscar for photography. The film was of course in black and white but cinema goers very much appreciated a full colour film poster. This cinema poster has the benefit of a postmark stamp to the front but with some paper-lifting on the two letter "e"'s on the title. Interestingly on the reverse of the poster we have a stamp post marked address.
