First release 1970 western film poster depicting the Sand Creek massacre of 1864 by the U.S. Cavalry to the Cheyenne families. This extremely violent film told a sad story and was controversial on release and still is today. This folded litho printed Australian film poster has a small section of paper infill at the right border edge with amateur restoration. Strong colours with no pinholes.
