Shirley Valentine

Shirley Valentine is the character played by Pauline Collins as a long suffering house wife who escapes to a Greek island where she meets Tom Conti. Bernard Hill plays the Neanderthal husband exceptionally well. This is the 1989 rolled condition film poster for this excellent film which was scripted by Willy Russell from his play.
