Puppet on a Chain

This litho printed 1972 film poster has finely detailed artwork picturing the action including the dramatic speed boat chase in Amsterdam. The title typography includes the puppet from the book by Alistair MacLean which is also featured in an advert picturing the front cover at the lower right. The poster has very good colours and is in folded condition with a censor stamp at the top right as this American film poster came from a cinema in New Zealand. There are pinholes in the borders and a slightly larger hole by the right knee of the actor with the gun at the bottom left. "Columbia Pictures Presents" is felted out above the title.
