Poor Cow / Darling

The Tom Chantrell artwork on this Anglo-Amalgamated double-bill has a quality matched by the composition of the film poster with the X certificate logos and photos summing up the films at the bottom border. Julie Christie won a well deserved Oscar as the model seeking fame whilst Poor Cow being Ken Loach's feature debut with music by Donovan and a first appearance by Malcolm McDowell.
