Pink Panther

Superb large Italian fotobusta with intense colour tone and Claudia Cardinale painted as a pink pussycat with diamond necklace. The wonderful central photo pictures Peter Sellers as inspector Jacques Clouseau in a film which made his career. The cartoon title sequence including the Henry Mancini theme tune is a real pink joy to behold. This great first release film poster from 1963 was printed by Zincografica Firenze and it has the benefit of the original Italian perforations, quite a few pinholes as seen and some fold line stress at the vertical central fold line.
