Pink Floyd The Wall

Original rolled condition Italian one-foglio film poster for "Pink Floyd The Wall" from 1982. The central image to the poster is the Gerald Scarfe design of the screaming face which may have origins in Edvard Munch "The Scream" and is really relevant as the pen & ink drawings of Gerald Scarfe are animated into disturbing life into the film. The text to the poster is in the pen of Gerald Scarfe so in effect we also have a printed signature of the artwist. Great colours and a symbolic mixing of styles for the poster which is appropriate for a film where schoolchildren are fed into a mincer. Great colours and no pinholes as issued to the cinema in 1982.
