My Foolish Heart

"My Foolish Heart" is a 1949 film based on the J. D. Salinger short story (author of Catcher in the Rye) and producer by Samuel Goldwyn. This rare 1949 RKO Radio Pictures original film poster has magnificent quality full colour artwork and was printed by Stafford & Co. of Netherfield, Nottingham and London together with the stock number printed at the bottom right. Dana Andrews and Susan Hayward are painted here by the great artist Ray complete with the artists printed signature. The film poster is in magnificent condition as issued to the cinema in 1949 and with no pinholes but with just a tiny mid-right crossfold horizontal closed tear which we have repaired to the reverse with archival restoration tape.
