Talented artist Bob Peak whose printed signature embellishes this fine stylish film poster creates a real piece of Sixties magic here. Based on a comic book by Peter O'Donnel. Monica Vitti is imposing as the ultimate woman "Modesty Blaise". Dressed for the Swinging Sixties she appears to be wearing only a plastic mac with matching high heels and smoking gun andher pouting lips. The characters painted in the circle of excess surrounding her include Dirk Bogarde and Terrence Stamp together with fantastic comic book captions and her promise "I specialise in Espionage techniques designed to redner a man helpless."
