Terrific Metro Goldwyn Mayer Cinemas trademark logo of the roaring lion on this rolled condition British cinema quad poster produced by MGM proclaiming their cinemas as "The Best!" Metro Goldwyn Mayer was founded in 1924 by Marcus Loew, Samuel Goldwyn and Louis B. Mayer and this year actually marks the 100th Anniversary of MGM although this wonderful rolled cinema poster dates from the 1980's. MGM proclaimed in its foundation "more stars than there are in heaven". This is a rare poster produced in limited quantities to advertise the MGM branded cinemas. The film poster has light cream staining at the top left corner and the lower left border.
