League of Gentlemen

Very classy colourful crime caper artwork from 1960 on this first release British film poster printed by W. E. Berry of Bradford. Included are great photos from the first Allied Film Makers feature film with the founder members producer Michael Relph, director Basil Dearden, screenwriter Bryan Forbes and actors Jack Hawkins and Richard Attenborough combining their talents in their intricate plan. Strong colours on this folded British one sheet with super artwork by Renato Fratini. Historic closed tear of 3 1/2 inches at the bottom left border which we have repaired with archival restoration tape and a smaller 1 inch tear at the left top border likewise. Pinholes in the corners.
