Le Mans

This 1971 film "Le Mans" featured stunning racing footage of the French 24 hour car race and this magnificent image of Steve McQueen at the race track remains iconic and is arguably the best footage of its type in cinematic history. The popularity of this film around Europe is shown here with the outstanding artwork by artist Tom Jung. This is the first release Yugoslavian film poster with printing by Ljudska Pravica, Ljubljana. The film poster has a vertical and horizontal fold with 3 or 4 very fine pinholes in the corners.
