Last Stagecoach West

This 1957 British quad film poster from Republic Pictures and British Lion Films for "Last Stagecoach West" paints a picture of the stagecoach racing the new kid on the block - the steam train. Trains signalled the end of an era for the stagecoach but proved to be equally prone to attack both from Indians and bandits. This film was part of the 'Naturama' craze and was a Ventura production starring Jim Davis and Lee Van Cleef. Pinholes in the corners. Small holes at the cross folds. Lovely green Irish oval cinema stamp on the reverse dated 15 Jan 1958.
