The central figures are Ken Marshall as Prince Colwyn together with Lysette Anthony as Princess Lyssa. Bernard Bresslaw is painted as the Cyclops with Freddie Jones as the Seer. Liam Neeson is Kegan and Robbie Coltrane is Rhun. The movie cost $27 million and the cinema release was followed by a strong video campaign shortly after.
