King Kong takes on Mechani-Kong, a robot version of himself and the invention of a mad scientist - Amamoto. Amamoto's assistant is played by Bond girl Mie Hama. Original first release 1968 TOHO Film cinema lobby card for "King Kong Escapes" picturing King Kong and the Toho robot Mechani-Kong with Godzilla on the floor. Pinholes in the corners and a small stain at the left border and a small puncture mark to the right of "All New" off the artwork.
