King Kong Escapes

King Kong takes on Mechani-Kong, a robot version of himself and the invention of a mad scientist - Amamoto. Amamoto's assistant is played by Bond girl Mie Hama. This first release TOHO 1968 litho printed film poster pictures the destruction of Tokyo as the two monsters fight to the death. This folded film poster came directly from a cinema in New Zealand and has no pinholes but does have historic water damage along the right border as seen and we have attached a small square of archival restoration tape to provide support at the centre cross fold section on the reverse.
