King Kong

This is the American teaser one-sheet film poster from 1976 advertising "King Kong for Christmas." This is a difficult film poster to find and this is the first one we've seen of this teaser. The highly detailed artwork features the printed signature of the artist. New York is pictured in fine detail as is the magnificent painting of King Kong with Jessica Lange showing empathy while being held in his left hand. The reverse of the poster has two stamps from when the film was shown at the Royal Theatre complete with the address. This folded film poster has brilliant bright colours and is a great advance litho printed film poster prior to the release of the film with pinholes in the corners.
