This stunning film poster is all about escape for the young David Bradley pictured as Billy Casper together with his only friend - his kestrel "Kes". The pair are painted together enjoying their freedom from the harsh realities of life in Barnsley. In the distance is the Colliery where bullying Brother Jud works. This is a truly great film and the film poster is true to the spirit of the film which cherishes the importance of freedom. This poster is in really good condition with a pinhole in each corner and two at the top border with slight impressions. The colours are really bright with printing by Lonsdale & Bartholomew of Nottingham Ltd.
