This is one classy film with director Ken Loach bringing out the very best in young actor David Bradley in the role of Billy Casper. This folded condition 1970 original litho printed film poster pictures the youngster with his hands on his hips finding school life in the north a torment with no support from anyone including his dysfunctional family with the only joy in his life provided by the baby kestrel with whom he shares the most special of relationships. The film is a gem with incredible caricatures from Brian Glover as the P.E. teacher who epitomises how not to teach. Together with the bullying big brother played by Freddie Fletcher. This magnificent film poster is just perfect for the film which is a moving study of the difficulties experienced in the 60's in many northern schools and households.
